Honestly, I used to associate lingerie only with function. So… it should look okay – but in the end, it was more something that had to be good for men… never something I really chose for myself.
Then I discovered La Nica – and I just thought: Wow, that looks really elegant. Not made with “sex sells” in mind, but simply… stylish.
I ordered a set. And when it arrived, I was somehow excited just unpacking it.
The first time I wore it, I was home alone. No occasion, no date.
And yet I stood in front of the mirror for minutes.
I probably just stood there for 10 minutes. I smiled. I turned around simply because it felt nice.
I just thought: “Wow, I really look beautiful.”
Not “sexy” in the classic sense. But beautiful. Calmly beautiful. I just felt it.
Now I wear beautiful lingerie simply because I want to, not to please someone else.
For me. Not for anyone else.
And the funny thing?
Since then, I constantly get told in the bedroom and in everyday life how confident I look.
I think that’s because I simply feel comfortable in my body.
